Information Accuracy All information provided by you must be accurate and up to date. Malindi Tours & Travel is not responsible for any issues arising due to incorrect data.
Resident Classification Customers must indicate whether they are Kenyan residents or non-residents. Pricing and package inclusions may vary based on this classification.
Child and Adult Classification Booking forms must clearly indicate the number of children and adults to ensure correct pricing and accommodation.
Payment Terms All bookings must be paid for in full or as per the specified installment terms before travel commences. Accepted payment methods include mobile money, bank transfer, and online payments.

Confirmation of Booking You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS once your booking has been successfully processed.

Cancellation by Client Clients may cancel bookings, but cancellation charges may apply based on how close to the travel date the cancellation occurs.

Cancellation by Company We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or insufficient bookings. Full refunds will be provided where applicable.

Refund Policy Refunds are processed based on our refund policy, which may include deductions for administrative and cancellation fees. Refund timelines vary by method of payment.
